π€Create your first Text Agent in Dapta
In this section, we explain the step-by-step process to create your first text agent within Dapta.
You can create your first agent from the Dapta Home page, click on the "Create Text Agent" option.

Or also in the left menu, Text Agents > Agents, click on the "+ New Agent" button in the upper right corner

Step 1: Agent Context

Agent Name: Give your text agent a nameβchoose a good one, as this is how the agent will refer to itself when your customer asks.
Purpose: Choose the purpose of your agent; we have predefined use cases:
Ecommerces Sales Agent
Qualify Inbound Leads
Support Sales Inquiries In My Ecommerce
Customer Services And Support
Website Q&A Assistant
Schedule Meetings
Confirmations
Reminders
Set Up my Own Assistant
Important Instructions: These are the instructions your agent will execute. Here, you should explain the details of your text agent, its tasks, and how it should behave. Also you could set the tone and style of your agent.This helps establish the context for your agent's prompt.
Language: Select the language your text agent will use to communicate.
Click the "Save and Continue" button.
Step 2: Company Context

Company Name: Required field. Enter your company's name here. Note that if you have already created a company context, you can select the created context, but if this is the first time, you must click on "Create a New Company Context".
Company Description: Required field. Describe your company, products/services, target market, and unique value proposition. Be as detailed as possible for better AI-generated instructions. You have two options to complete this:
Generate Context with AI: If you previously entered the URL, click "Generate Context" and our AI will automatically generate the description content from that website.
Write Manually: Manually write a brief description of the business and the company's purpose.
Click the "Save and Test" button
Step 3: Test your Text Agent

Here, you can test the conversation with your agent.
If you want to restart the conversation, click the "Reset" button in the top left corner.
To complete the creation of your agent, click the "Finish" button.
That's it, now your new agent is on the list of agents on the Text agents Section, You could edit the agent clicking on it or on the configure icon.
