# Inbox

The Inbox is your central hub for managing all conversations happening across your text agent channels. Whether your customers are chatting through the website widget, WhatsApp, or the API, every conversation appears here.

From the Inbox you can:

* View and search all conversations in real time
* Filter by channel, assignment, or status
* Assign conversations to team members
* Jump into a conversation and respond directly
* Close resolved conversations

{% hint style="info" %}
Inbox is currently in **Beta**. The feature is fully functional, but the interface and capabilities may evolve based on user feedback.
