When you purchase a phone number inside Dapta:

• The number becomes part of your account

• You can assign it to a Voice Agent

• When someone calls that number, the assigned agent answers

• The number can be used for both voice calls and SMS

Step 1: Navigate to Phone Numbers

1. Go to Voice Agents

2. Click on Phone Numbers

3. Click on Buy Phone Number

You will be redirected to the phone number marketplace.

Step 2: Choose a Phone Number

You will see a list of available phone numbers.

Currently:

• All available numbers are based in the United States

• You can search by:

  • City

  • Area code

  • Specific digits

If you are outside the US (for example, in Latin America), you can contact Customer Support to request assistance with international number setup.

Cost of a Phone Number

Each phone number costs:

1,380 credits per month

This amount will be deducted from the credits included in your plan.

Before purchasing, you will see a summary of the monthly charge.

The number will immediately appear in your list of purchased phone numbers.
