# Channels

Channels let you connect your Voice Agent to external communication platforms. Once a channel is set up, your agent can receive and make voice calls through that platform using the instructions and knowledge you've configured.

You can access Voice Agent Channels from the left sidebar by expanding **Voice Agents** and clicking **Channels**.
