Setting up Company Context
Fill in your voice agent's Company Name, Website URL and Description in the Context tab, or let Dapta's AI auto-generate the description from your site.
In this section, we’ll walk you through creating your company context.
Inside the voice agent, under the Context tab, you’ll find three fields:
Company Name: (Required) Drop in the official name of the organization you represent.
Website URL: (Optional) Your company’s website address. If you have one, you can place it and click the button"Generate Context",
with this our Artificial Intelligence can create the context for you.
Company Description: (Required) If you entered a URL, our AI will automatically add your company's context here.
If you don't have a URL, you can enter it yourself: Add a description of your organization here. This is key for giving the voice agent the right context so it can respond optimally (help it help you!).
