# Configure Call – Max Duration ⏫

You can define the maximum call duration within a **range of 1 minute to 2 hours**<br>

This allows you to ensure that if a conversation is not productive but no silence is detected, the call will still end at the set maximum duration — helping avoid unnecessary credit usage.
