Configure Conversation – Background Sound 🔊

This setting allows you to add background sound to your agent, giving the call a bit more realism. You can also configure the volume of the ambient sound.

Background SounD

The available options are:

• Café: Simulates the sound of a coffee shop

• Convention Center: Simulates the sound of a conference or convention

• Outdoors – Summer: Simulates the sound of a summer outdoor environment

• Outdoors – Mountain: Simulates the sound of a mountain outdoor environment

• Static Noise: Simulates static background noise

• Call Center: Simulates the sound of a contact center

• None: No background sound is added

Ambient Sound Volume

• Lower Value (0): No ambient sound is heard

• Higher Value (2): The selected ambient sound is clearly audible
