When turned on, the AI interjects natural-sounding acknowledgments at key moments, simulating real-time attentiveness. This enhances trust and conversational warmth, especially in empathetic or rapport-driven scenarios.
When off, the AI remains silent while listening—ideal for efficiency-first or formal contexts.
