# Configurar Conversación - Sonido de Fondo

Añade un sonido de fondo —cafetería, centro de convenciones, aire libre, ruido estático o call center— a tu agente de voz y ajusta su volumen ambiente.

Esta configuración permite añadir un sonido de fondo en tu agente, brindándole así un poco más de realismo a la llamada. Puedes configurar además el volumen del sonido ambiente.

**Sonido de Fondo**

Las opciones que brinda son:

* Cafetería: Simula el sonido de una cafetería
* Centro de Convenciones: Simula el sonido de un congreso o convención
* Aire Libre - Verano: Simula el sonido de un verano al aire libre
* Aire Libre - Montaña: Simula el sonido de un verano al aire libre
* Ruido estático: Simula sonido de ruido estático
* Call Center: Simular sonido de un centro de Contacto.
* Ninguno: No añade ningún Sonido

* Valor Inferior: (0): No se escucha sonido ambiente
* Valor Superior (2): Se percibe el sonido ambiente elegido.
