# Cómo conectar un canal de WhatsApp - Message Bird Legacy

**Paso 1: Acceder a la configuración del canal**

1. Desde la pantalla Home de Dapta, ve al módulo Text Agents.<br>
2. Haz clic en la sección Channels.

3. Dentro de Message Bird WhatsApp (Legacy), haz clic en Add Connection.

**Paso 2: Completar el formulario de conexión**

4. En el campo Agent, selecciona el agente correspondiente.\
   Ejemplo: Uñas Perfectas by Paula.

5. En el campo Channel Name, escribe un nombre identificador para el canal.\
   Este nombre es solo referencial dentro de la plataforma (no afecta el canal real).\
   Ejemplo: WhatsApp Soporte - Uñas Perfectas by Paula.

**Paso 3: Obtener el Channel ID desde MessageBird**

6. Dentro de la sección MessageBird Legacy, dirígete a Channels.<br>

7. Selecciona WhatsApp.<br>

8. Ubica el canal que deseas configurar y copia su Channel ID.

9. Agrega el Channel ID al formulario de creacion dentro de Dapta.

**Paso 4: Obtener el Access Key desde MessageBird**

10. Regresa al Home de MessageBird.
11. Haz clic en la sección Developers.

12. Accede a API Access.
13. Haz clic en Show Key para visualizar tu Access Key.

14. Copia esta clave.

**Paso 5: Finalizar la conexión**

15. Una vez tengas los siguientes cuatro parámetros:<br>

* Agent
* Channel Name
* Channel ID
* Access Key,

Completa el formulario y haz clic en Connection.
