Plans and Pricing
Pro, Scale-Up, Prime and Enterprise compared: monthly price, credits, users, workspaces and support, plus the 7-day trial and the yearly discount.
Dapta has three self-service plans and an Enterprise tier. Every plan includes unlimited agents and flows; what changes is the monthly credit allowance, the number of users and workspaces, storage and the level of support. Current prices are always on dapta.ai/pricing and in the Plans tab of Billing & Plans.
Which Dapta plan should I choose and what does it cost?
Pro is US$99 a month with 100,000 credits, 5 users and 5 workspaces. Scale-Up is US$499 with 500,000 credits, unlimited users and 25 workspaces. Prime is US$1,499 with 1,500,000 credits, 70 workspaces and a dedicated account manager. Enterprise is priced by Sales. Pay yearly and you save 16.7%, about two months free.

1,000 credits = US$1. The credits in your plan renew on your billing date and are spent on calls, messages, phone numbers, Dapti answers and flow runs. The exact cost of each one is on the credits page.
Billing and creditsMonthly or yearly
The Plans tab has a Monthly / Yearly switch. Yearly billing is 16.7% cheaper than paying month by month, the equivalent of two months free, and is charged once a year. Your monthly credit allowance is the same on both.
Free trial
New accounts can start Pro with a 7-day free trial. You add a card when you start, and the trial gives you the plan's 100,000 credits so you can run real calls and messages from day one.
If you do nothing, the card is charged the Pro price at the end of day 7 and your subscription continues. The 100,000 credits from the trial are your first month's allowance; the payment does not add another 100,000.
If Dapta is not for you, cancel from Billing & Plans → Plans → Cancel Plan before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
If you already know you want to stay, click Pay now on your plan card in the Billing tab. It ends the trial immediately and charges the first month.
Scale-Up and Prime do not include a trial. If you have not upgraded yet and want to try a bigger plan, talk to Sales from the Plans tab.
The trial charge is automatic. If you do not want to be billed, cancel before day 7 ends. See Cancel your subscription.
Without a paid plan
A free account lets you explore the platform and build agents, but the monthly credit allowance, free web calls and Test Numbers need an active paid plan. On a free account a web call from the browser costs 200 credits per minute, and Dapti is charged per answer.
Estimate what you need
Not sure which plan covers your volume? Two quick ways to find out:
Click Calculate your potential usage at the top of the Plans tab and enter your expected calls and messages.
Ask Dapti: "How many credits would it cost to run 500 calls a month of 2 minutes each?" Dapti uses the same rates as Billing and tells you which plan covers it.
As a reference, an answered call costs 333 credits per minute, so Pro covers about 300 minutes of conversation a month, Scale-Up about 1,500 and Prime about 4,500, before messages, numbers and Dapti.
Enterprise and custom plans
The Enterprise card in the Plans tab is for companies that need more than Prime: consumption-based credits, a custom number of workspaces, premium support with service-level agreements, enterprise-grade security and on-premise deployment. Click Talk to Sales on the card, or book a demo from dapta.ai. Enterprise agreements can be invoiced and paid by bank transfer instead of card.
