In the Article Manager Canvas, you'll find the following sections:
These are the initial concepts crafted by our AI based on your company's context and selected keywords. In this section, you can review and approve ideas that will later be used to generate blog article drafts.
Once you approve an idea, our AI will create a draft for a blog post based on your selections. This section is where you can review and refine the drafts.
This section contains the final versions of your blog posts, generated and ready for publishing or further review.
Go to the ideas panel and click on a idea you want to visualize.
When you open a generated idea, youβll be able to review its title, description, and focus keyword. From here, you can decide whether you want to approve the idea for further development into a draft.
About your ideas
Before approving an idea, you can manually edit it. You have the ability to change the title, description, and SEO keyword. To edit, simply select the text you want to change, and when you're ready, click 'Save.'
When you need to refine your idea or make any changes, this step is all about quick edits. Just click on the text fields to modify them directly.
Adding specific notes allows you to guide the AI to follow a particular tone, style, or theme in the generated content. Just write your instructions in the designated notes section, and the AI will incorporate them.
Cover image
You have the option to add a cover image to your blog post. This image will automatically be included in the generated blog post, ensuring a visually appealing presentation right from the start.
To move forward, you now have the possibility of generating the article, thereby creating a blog post draft. Alternatively, if this idea is not to your liking, you can choose to deny it.
Now that youβve reviewed and refined the information for your idea, you have the option to either generate a full article based on it or discard the idea if it no longer fits your needs.
Now that your ideas have been approved, youβre all set to move forward and review your blog post drafts. This is where you can refine and finalize the content before itβs published.
