Cal.comarrow-up-right is a free appointment scheduling platform that integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar and Google Meet. This guide will help you set up the connection between your agent and Cal.comarrow-up-right to enable availability checking and automatic scheduling functions.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Create or access your cal.comarrow-up-right account

  • Visit Cal.comarrow-up-right and create a free account or log in if you already have one.

  • A paid account is not necessary, as it automatically connects with Google Calendar and Google Meet.

  • Important: Before continuing, make sure you have added the Google Calendar and Google Meet integrations within your Cal.comarrow-up-right account so the functions work correctly.

Step 2: Generate your API key

  • Once inside your account, go to Settings.

  • In the Settings sidebar menu, look for the Developers section and click on API Keys.

  • Click Add API Key to create a new key.

  • Assign a descriptive name to your API Key and optionally set an expiration date or set it to never expire.

  • Save the changes to generate your API key.

  • Copy the generated API Key and paste it in the corresponding field when configuring the Check Availability or Book Appointment functions in your Dapta agent.

Step 3: Get the Event ID

  • Return to the main Settings page and select Event Types.

  • Cal.comarrow-up-right automatically creates 3 default event types: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and "secret meeting". These can be edited according to your needs.

  • When entering the event configuration, observe the URL in your browser. The Event ID is the number that appears in the link.

  • Copy that Event ID and paste it in the corresponding field when configuring the Check Availability or Book Appointment functions in your Dapta agent.
